Refund policy

Teaching Classes

Please note that all sales for teaching classes, including courses and workshops, are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. We recommend verifying that you can attend all scheduled sessions before completing your purchase.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 30 minutes or later after the start time of a session, you will not be permitted to attend. If you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us at admin@byformation.studio. We will review your case on an individual basis and may offer a solution depending on the situation.


Ceramic Products

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for ceramic products. You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at admin@byformation.studio. If approved, we will schedule a suitable time for you to bring the item(s) to our location at:
333 Kreta Ayer, #02-34, Singapore 080333.

Please note that exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. Items returned without prior approval for an exchange will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@byformation.studio. We will assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as glazes or clay-related products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
