Handbuilding Workshop

This workshop is catered for absolute beginners who are interested to take up ceramics as a hobby, just looking for a fun hands-on activity with friends or family and those who are considering before committing to a course. The course will introduce you to the basic knowledge of handbuilding techniques, from pinching, hollowing, carving to attaching clay. 

Select from our range of in-house glazes and they will be glazed and fired for collection.

Duration: 2 hours
Outcome: 2 fired vessels

If the class size is too small to start the session, we will inform and arrange another session for you.

- A 2-hours session under the guidance of our friendly instructors!
- 2x ceramic masterpieces that will find its new place as a gift or memento!
- You may expect to collect your piece between 4 to 12 weeks after the session.

Be punctual. This allows both our trainer and yourself to maximise your allocated session time. Note that the last 15 minutes of each class is dedicated to cleaning up your workstation.

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid wearing any precious clothing/accessories to prevent any unwanted damage.

It is strongly advisable to have short, trimmed nails. Long nails will get in the way of you having fun creating your masterpieces.

Mask wearing is optional. But please wear a mask if you have the sniffles or having a cough.

Please ensure you are able to attend your selected sessions listed as we will not be able to schedule make up classes. All purchases are non-refundable.
